The BM 2x355 comprises two independent bunchers, sharing a single frame and electric motor
Main features:
- Engineered to manufacture two different types of bunches simultaneously, which can be wound onto two different or identical bobbins with the same numbers of twists/minute and different or identical stranding lay-length.
- Maximum speed up to 2x10000 tpm
- Overall space requirements and cost of investment far lower than with two separate bunchers
- Great savings in terms of energy consumption, also thanks to the closed bows, which have an aerodynamic-profiled steel tube embedded in a carbon fibre body for top bunch quality
- Simple string-up, also thanks to a quick threading tool
- Single electrical A/C motor with inverter
- Integrated dancer to keep spooler tension constant
