Nowadays drawing copper at high speeds is no problem. The quality and reliability of Sampsistemi machinery, however, means that it is also possible to simultaneously process a high number of wires. The MT 105 is in fact designed for this very purpose. A technologically advanced solution which guarantees you excellent quality and great productivity since you can draw a high number of wires at the same time.
Technical features
Complete range of multiwire drawing machines, available in solutions from 7 to 56 wires and from 18 to 22 drafts, with 105 mm pulling rings:
- For plain and tinned copper wire
- Max. inlet 2.60 mm; outlet range 0.16 - 1.05 mm
- 105 mm diameter steel drawing rings with tungsten carbide coating (ceramic optional)
- Gear driven motion transmission
- Pressure lubrication of wire and last die
- DC motor (AC motor optional)
- Quick outlet wire diameter change device with automatic speed adjustment
- The entire line is controlled by a microprocessor control panel, supplied with a keyboard and display screen.
- System of self-diagnosis incorporated in the control panel
- The machine is designed without outer capstans, since the first DC motor-driven annealing shaft acts as an outer pulling ring, optimising transmission and saving space.
- Wire tension is carefully controlled throughout the drawing process so that there are no residual loads on wire during spooling.
- Drawing emulsion / gear oil contamination is prevented by a double system of insulation comprising sealing rings and self-generated air overpressure.
