Our patented transmission system significantly reduces the number of gears required and therefore minimises friction. A low pressure air oversupply on all shaft seal ensures safer and more reliable drawing, whilst also reducing the need for maintenance.

- The machine is designed without outer capstans, since the first DC motor-driven annealing shaft acts as an outer pulling ring, optimising transmission and saving space.
- Wire tension is carefully controlled throughout the drawing process so that there are no residual loads on wire during spooling.
- Drawing emulsion / gear oil contamination is prevented by a double system of insulation comprising sealing rings and self-generated air overpressure.
