The MT 60 is Sampsistemi’s multi-wire drawing solution for the most demanding sizes down to 0.05 mm. It is engineered with a patented transmission system that significantly reduces the number of gears required and therefore minimises noise and friction. The pull on capillary wires is optimised thanks to a secondary motor hydraulic transmission. With this machine it is also possible to use different emulsions and percentages thanks to the fact that drawing sections are completely separate. This is very important for wire quality, particularly when drawing super-fine wire. A low pressure air oversupply on all shaft seals ensures safer and more reliable drawing, whilst also reducing the need for maintenance.
