Despite a slightly declining general show attendance at Wire 2010 in Duesseldorf in comparison to the record levels in 2008, Sampsistemi enhanced its number of visitors. The very high interest in the latest Sampsistemi products lead also to immediate sales results at the show. Remarkable is the very high quality level of visitors in terms of know-how, with a high number of decision-makers and also an impressive quantity of really hot projects.
Christian Albrecht, Director Marketing of the SAMP Group, explains this trend with the clear innovative product strategy that the company has been driving ahead over the past two years. “Our new production lines for wire and cable manufacturing allow our customers to realise significant savings on energy, maintenance and much more than that. Our customers become aware of the fact that running costs are a considerable factor in the total cost of ownership of their production machinery. In Duesseldorf we have been showing manufacturing systems which intend to change the rules of the market in terms of return on investment. Furthermore, we have improved product characteristics regarding throughput and line availability. Our customers are welcome to visit us in our brand new Technology Centre in Bentivoglio to review these products in detail. We believe that this show has heralded the economic turnaround of our markets.”
